Surprise!!!

Most of the family has been in on the surprise 30th birthday party for my cousin. The planning started in December. Invites were mailed out, pictures were emailed to make a scrapbook and decoration made, all without the knowledge of my cousin. The party took place at an Italian restaurant and about 30 friends and family showed up. What a great party. She was so surprised!!! She finally put two and two together regarding different conversations and skirting around certain topics. I know she enjoyed all the love and support!!

Time to Eat

We ate some of the greatest food ever. Here is a highlight of our adventures.

A Muse Rubber Stamps

Need I saw any more? I made it. I spent $300!! I have been saving for awhile. What an experience. David went around the store taking pictures of every displayed card. What a great idea. Now I have lots of examples to draw from. The store was much smaller than I thought it would be. The front had the display room and the back was the inventory warehouse, where all the orders are processed. I hope everyone enjoys A Muse as much as I did.

Valentine Craft and baking

Goldfield Ghost Town

Another adventure today was a trip to the Goldfield Ghost Town. Here is the link, http://www.goldfieldghosttown.com/ it will give a much better description than I could. We didn't go on the train or mine tour, because we had coupons at home to use at a later time. We did have a lemonade and purchased some hot sauce for my cousin's husband. As you can see we had lots of fun.

Scouting out camping spots

We are thinking of purchasing a "family tent". I would like the 3 bedroom tent, that way the girls could be in one, us in another and Zeeta the third. We plan on borrowing a tent for our first experience to be sure we want to invest the money. I think it will be a lot of fun. The camping right now is great, but give it a couple more months and it will be unbearable. There is always San Diego or Flagstaff. So, for fun today the girls and I went on an adventure to scout out a camping ground. I love the fact it is at the base of the Superstition Mountains. What do you think?

Only 9 days left....

Munchin Music

It is now little ones turn for Parks and Rec. This is her first Munchin Music class. She didn't quite know what to do, there was a lot to take in. She played with lots of musical instruments and moved ribbons to the music and had parachute time. Her favorite was the parachute, she was laughing and jumping around.

Hanging out with dad

Boating at Grandma's House

Since the temperture in AZ today is 79 degress, she wanted to go boating. She got on her giraffe life jacket and asked grandma for some snacks for her trip. Grandma put together some peanut butter and crackers, "messy cheese" and a cup of milk, with a pink straw. I asked how long we were going to be gone for. Off we went on our big adventure. The trip lasted about 20 minutes, along the way she ate her snacks, drank for milk and attempted to steer the boat. Steering the boat has not been mastered, we ended up going in circles. She also attempted to pedel the boat, which put us going a snails pace. She was happy and it was quite enjoyable. Until the next boat ride, smooth sailing.

3 Year Old Birthday Party

A friend of oldest daughter turned 3 years old. The party was at AZ Olympican Gymnastics. There were about 10 kids and lots of parents. The kids were able to jump into a foam pit, swing on ropes, jump on the tampoline and run all around. It was a great place to have a birthday party. She had lots of fun.

Mary Kay Debut

I am an official Independent Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay. I decided to do it because I have been using their products on and off again since high school and believe in the product. Another reason is to meet new friends here in AZ and all over. The business will bring in a little spending money for my habit of rubber stamping!!

So, today was my debut and 6 people showed up and it was a great showing!! If anyone is interested in purchasing any products or would like to know about any new products, just let me know.
