Cheers!!

PHX to London: Thursday, October 16th

Length of stay: 5 days

Reason: visiting my husband, who was there on business.

Travel time from London to Martock: 30 min train ride to Hammersmith, 3 1/2 hour bus ride to Yeovil, 10 car ride to Martock

Sites on bus: Stonehendge. Yes, it was a pile of rocks.

Accommodations: The Hollies Bed and Breakfast

Sites I saw: Bath, Wells and Lyme Regis

Drank: lots of tea and cider

Food: Didn't really eating anything outrageous

Hardest thing to get use to: Driving on the opposite side of the road

Best part: Spending time with my husband!!!

Over the Pond

I will be making my first trip to London, England. The trip will be a bit like the amazing race. I land, take the "tube" to a predetermined distination and then transfer to a bus for a 3 hour trip. There will be a marker with a clue, meaning my husband, who is there on business. I am excited because it is a adult vacation, children will be with grandparents!!! I will post lots of pictures when I return.

Dear husband put together a date night. It consisted of dinner at Rock Botton, dessert at Coldstone and Blackbeard the musical. What a great date night. Dinner was great, dessert was way too much food and the musical was amazing!!
