My Godmother's House

It is so funny how each generation has it's "thing" to do. When my brother and I were little, we would go my godmother's house and look for salamanders in the backyard. Well, my girls like to find snails, once they find they, they name them, and have snail races. The girls love it.

The other thing be handed other to the next generation is the love of "pink salad". I had to take a picture, with my phone, of DD#2 helping make it and send it to my brother, he was sad he couldn't have any.

I am hoping to get a couple more visits in with my godmother and her family before we leave San Diego!
