One week, one day until my third 1/2 marathon. The training has not been going, as well as last year. My girlfriend and I have been getting up at 4:30 am and power walking 6 miles 3x a week. Then, we realized we got old and it was too cold, we were too tired, and let the excuses begin. Our goal is to complete it in 3 hours, I think we should be realistic and say just complete, hahahaha. We shall see.
